Cottages by Grading

Cottage Retreats aims to offer you outstanding properties for all tastes. Cottages by Grading is very subjective – from Five Stars* as the best, downwards. We take into account the general feel and quality of the cottage and the standard of furnishings, curtains, carpets and decor. A Grade 3 cottage, for example, may be just as comfortable as a Grade 5, have as many facilities, and provide a great base for a family holiday, but may not be in as good decorative order or perhaps has older furniture or fittings.
